 Our agreements last not only contain no provision barring any airline from making minute any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making fly any fare it chooses available through any channel it last chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the minute CRS booking fee agree in return to make fly available on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel. Serious mischaracterizations last have been made about us and the issue of who will minute have access to what fares. Some of those mischaracterizations have been based on simple ignorance, but others have clearly been part of a concerted effort by us competitors to use fly misinformation to prevent us from offering new competition last and minute to them and new choice to consumers. There is no agreement by which fly any airline would be precluded last and minute from fly and last making any fare it chose available through any retail channel it chose. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your last password and login information. You may only use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. You may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, minute libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material fly that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
